Wayne, NY. – The North Jersey Valkyries are now preparing for their first home game of the 2011 Season this coming Sunday, June 12th vs DC United Women. The NJ Valkyries are looking to build on the promising result secured last weekend at Long Island.

Under the watchful guidance of General Manager/Head Coach Mark White and TSF Academy Director of Coaching Luis Mendoza the North Jersey Valkyries are promising to deliver an exciting and enjoyable experience to all the young fans and families we hope to attend the game.

General Manager/Head Coach Mark White said "Last season we had close to 800 people attend the Inaugural NJ Valkyries game and we hope the local community will once again come out to support the team. We feel we have a much stronger and exciting group of individual players this season and we hope to see the young players in the crowd to support the team again."
